Dear Igor, 
I wish to take this time to formally thank you for the time and effort you and your Borec staff extended to my team 
during our recent visit. You truly made us feel welcomed. 
The training and instruction was first rate and top class. What makes training at Borec different from other schools is 
the hands on training and the precise attention to detail. I am certain that my team's level of fighting ability has been 
greatly enhanced by our time spent at Borec. We are already planning future trips to Borec. 
In addition to the quality instruction and physical training the Borec facility itself was exceptional. There are 
multiple training halls not only for wrestling but also for strength training, recuperation/restoration and sports 
medicine. The in house restaurant provided nutritious and good tasting food. 
I would strongly encourage anyone in the grappling sports(sambo,judo,sumo,jiu-jitsu or submission wrestling) who 
wishes to vastly improve their skills to travel to Moscow and learn from a world class master--Igor Kurinnoy.

Igor: I want to most sincerely thank you for you and your staff\'s outsanding 
hospitality and the exceptional training program that you put together for our 
group of athletes from the USA. Having been a competitive athlete and athletic 
trainor and now a Sports Scientist who has worked with many top athletes,
